Star of The Crown Dominic West discussed his “tattle occurrence” in 2020 with Lily James, star of Baby Driver, saying it assisted him with understanding how Princess Diana probably felt.

The Les Misérables star stated in a recent interview: “Clearly, I had a tattle occurrence, seriously planned when there was no information during the coronavirus, so it endlessly ran.”

Lily James, meanwhile, recently went out on the Lower East Side of New York City. James looked put together in high-waisted pants and a matching belt that defined her waist.

She completed the ensemble with matching layers, wearing a fitted navy coat over a dark turtleneck. She exuded poise and sophistication by accessorizing with grey suede pumps and a black leather and gold handbag.

James’ public appearance follows rumors in the past few months regarding her romantic status with her intermittent partner, Michael Shuman. 

The actress sparked engagement rumors in November by wearing a gold band, but she was later spotted without any rings. 

After a breakup in February, she and Shuman supposedly got back together in July, but it is still unclear what their current situation is.  

English actress Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, better known by her stage name Lily James, was born on April 5, 1989. 

She started her acting career in a British television series after attending the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.

Her breakthrough performance came in the title role of the fantasy film Cinderella (2015), which she landed after playing a supporting role in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012–2015).

Caught in the Spotlight

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson was born in Esher, Surrey. Her parents are musician James “Jamie” Thomson and actress Ninette Mantle.

Her two brothers are younger and older. Her maternal grandmother was French and fled her village near Paris because of the Nazis, later marrying James’ grandfather, a minister in the RAF.

After finishing her studies at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts in Hertfordshire, James went on to graduate from London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2010. 

Shortly thereafter, she signed with Tavistock Wood Management in London. In Kenneth Branagh’s 2015 live-action Disney movie Cinderella, James portrayed Cinderella.

For the December 2014 issue of Vogue, James was photographed by Annie Leibovitz as Cinderella, dressed in the blue ball gown that her character does.

In the film, James also made her singing debut, performing the 1950 animated films “Sing Sweet Nightingale,” “Lavender’s Blue,” and “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” during the closing credits.
