The 52-year-old actor and the 46-year-old actress originally purchased their lovenest for $6.25 million in 2008 - the same year they first separated allegedly due to Duchovny's sex addiction.

Meanwhile, Tea's last acting role was in the 2011 Brett Ratner comedy Tower Heist.
